Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Operative, where your top priorities will be safety, quality, and achieving performance targets. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Your main responsibility will involve the meticulous picking and packing of highly sensitive products within strict time constraints. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the smooth operations of our warehouse while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Hours: 1500 - 2300
What Will You Be Doing?
Ensure that good safety practices are always adhered to while carrying out all tasks with a focus on Health and Safety, while keeping hygiene in mind.
Participate in all safety/operational programs and projects.
Always ensure full compliance with PPE requirements.
Complete housekeeping audits as scheduled.
Adhere to all quality controls and procedures when carrying out tasks.
Adherence to the SOPs and work instructions is critical.
Work closely with internal customers.
Carry out all warehouse tasks in an efficient manner to ensure all business requirements are met.
Maintain product, inventory, and process integrity as per SOPs.
Maintain the level of output in line with other team members (units per hour).
Be aware of inventory errors and report them to the Warehouse Supervisor.
Be aware of weekly cycle-counting and inventory accuracy.
Ensure all orders are received, picked, inspected, and delivered according to customer requirements.
Having a PPT license is an advantage but not required.
Not afraid of heights in case requested to obtain the VNA
For packing and loading, you must be physically fit.
Have a proven record of meeting targets/pick rates.
Previous warehouse experience, including picking, is an advantage.
You must be available throughout the week for AM/PM shifts and have your own transport (as you may be required to travel to other sites during your working hours for training).
Good PC skills and knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (e.g., SAP) are desirable.
Good level of English (spoken, written, and reading).
