Warehouse Operative - Artizan Catering Ltd - Part time


Monday to Thursday role 6.30am - 10am Friday 6.30am-3pm

  • Accept and check inbound goods being delivered.

  • Ensure that all stock is packed away in the correct locations.

  • Entering orders in our internal ERP system.

  • Ensure that all stock is picked accurately to fulfil client orders.

  • Assigning stock to clients using our internal ERP system.

  • Ensure that stock is correctly rotated.

  • Ensure that all items going out of the warehouse are correctly labelled.

  • Quality control – make sure that all fresh stock that is going to be sent to clients is in-line with company guidelines.

  • Ensure that any fresh stock being delivered meets the company Quality Control standards.

  • Maintain the cleanliness standards in the warehouse and ensure that all areas are kept according to the schedule.

  • Liaise with suppliers and relevant internal colleagues regarding any discrepancies or issues arising from deliveries.

  • Complete relevant paperwork relating to deliveries and discrepancies.

  • Ensure that prioritisation is given to Fresh, Frozen and Chilled products, when checking stock in.

  • Ensure that all stock is correctly rotated to maintain quality standards.
