Evening Receptionist / Administrator 16 hours per week 5pm to 9pm Monday to Thursday An opportunity exists for an evening Receptionist / Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing reception and administrative services to the Oasis Centre. Essential Requirements Qualifications
ECDL or equivalent qualification.
A minimum of one / two years of administration / receptionist experience.
Demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills.
Excellent telephone manner with an ability to communicate courteously with clients and visitors to the Oasis Centre.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office Packages.
Flexible & Adaptable with work patterns and in meeting Service needs.
A problem solver with initiative.
Strong planning and organisational skills.
Ability to multi-task & meet deadlines.
