The Teaching and Learning Administrative Officer reports to and works closely with the Academic Secretary and the Director of Trinity Access Programme (TAP) and liaises with seven Directors on all matters relating to TT&L activity. The post-holder has responsibility to manage the TT&L Office and to ensure consistency in approach to HR – recruitment, blending working, annual, sick, and other leave; IT; Finances – general and project budgets; Websites; Reporting; and Strategic Projects. They manage all committees and working groups chaired by the Academic Secretary and the Director TAP and are responsible for following up on all recommended actions and to support and/or advise on their implementation. The role holder provides high level expertise and support in the areas of, among other things, project management, data analysis, production and design of reports, IT, and finances. Post status: Specific Purpose Contract Hours of Post: 35 hours per week Salary: This appointment will be made on the Administrative 3 Salary Scale (€42,590 - €53,790 per annum) at a point in line with current Government pay policy.
