Stock Office Administrator, Driving Force


We are looking to recruit a Stock Office Administrator for our client’s busy and expanding warehouse in St. Margarets, Dublin 11. The role involves: • Responsibility for the integrity and accuracy of inventory at their 3,200 Chilled and Frozen Pallet space in warehouse • Co-ordinate stock through cycle counts and annual stocktake of customers goods • Assist in coordinating the day to day stock movements of the warehouse, ensuring all transactions are correctly captured in company’s system • Develop the planning of inbound, outbound goods and storage functions • Investigate issues as they arise and provide guidance for solutions • Handling high volume inbound emails, calls from clients and the operations team • Good understanding of WHM Systems, reporting functions, Microsoft Outlook and Excel The ideal candidate will be: • A self-starter as this role has a high-volume turnaround • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and WHM System • Have good communication skills (both verbal and written) • Be comfortable communicating with all levels within the organisation • Be a quick learner • Have good problem-solving skills • Flexible during times of change and display a willingness to take on additional duties as Required within the team • Previous experience within a warehouse inventory would be an advantage • Ability to work in a fast paced environment The starting salary for this position is €15.00 per hour – reviewed after 3 months. Working hours are 8.00am – 5.00pm (1 hour break) & 10.00am – 7.00pm (1 hour break) Monday – Friday with occasional Saturday (paid at overtime) The successful candidate will have an easy going, friendly with a can do attitude and be able to handle a wide variety of tasks and a willingness to provide a high level of customer service in a high-volume environment.
