About the role
spunout is seeking to appoint a part-time Office Administrator for a fixed-term contract to join our team and support our daily office procedures.
The successful candidate will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries.
They will undertake administrative tasks, maintain the integrity and performance of company databases, responsible for quality file and record management systems.
The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritising and working with little supervision. Theywill be self-motivated and trustworthy.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
The Office Administrator’s duties and responsibilities include:
Coordinate office procedures and operations efficiently and ensure compliance with organisation policies
Manage the administration of shared email accounts
Perform administrative duties for organisation-wide meetings and events
Maintain files and record management system in line with relevant procedures
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
Support staff rota scheduling and accounts & book-keeping procedures
Fulfil merchandise orders for nationwide delivery
Provide administrative support to other departments or projects as needed
Carrying out any other duties as may from time to time be required by Management
Skills and Attributes:
Who am I?
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience as an administrator, office assistant, or relevant role is essential
PLC in office administration or relevant field is desirable
Relevant experience of the non-for-profit, mental health, social services or youth work sectors is an advantage
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and spoken English
Solid administrative skills with an eye for detail
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
Proficient working knowledge of Google Suite
An ability to adapt to new software solutions quickly
The ideal candidate will:
Be a self-starter with strong organisational and prioritisation skills
Possess an ability to balance conflicting demands
Be a collaborator and team player
