The purpose of the job is to provide support to IT M/S Office platforms and CRM/Agresso Technical support via the IT Helpdesk as well as working with the IT Team on technical issue resolution. The post holder will support roll-out of conference emails to the volunteer userbase of the Society, assist on IT Helpdesk support, and get involved in the transition from in-house data storage server to Cloud based Office 365 SharePoint. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate (within last 2 years) with a BSc Computer Science or equivalent qualification from an Accredited Institution and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Recent graduate (within last 2 years) with a BSc Computer Science or equivalent qualification from an Accredited Institution
