Job Description: Reporting to the Chief Technical Officer and IT Service Delivery Manager , the Service Desk IT Engineer will resolve/fulfill a variety of complex IT challenges. The IT Service desk Engineer will be researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve system issues. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution. Responsibilities:
Resolving client ticket issues ranging from the list below:
Office 365, Windows client operating systems (Windows 10) Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365 General Networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP) General Firewalls/Access Points Basic SQL Azure Infrastructure
New PC setups and migrations.
Providing technical support to end users regarding computer problems such as identifying the source of the problem and recommending solutions.
Provide support to customers on any software or hardware issues that they may have. This support may be carried out onsite or remotely as appropriate and may include:
Travel on site to customers for installs and repairs if required.
Installing new software or making changes to existing software based on client requests or company policies.
Performing regular maintenance on servers and other equipment in order to ensure optimal performance.
Helping clients with technical issues related to their computer usage, including installing new software or upgrading existing software.
Ensuring that computer networks are secure by monitoring activity and performing checks for intrusions or viruses.
Installing and troubleshooting network servers, hardware, software, and peripherals
Continue to learn new technologies / self-educate and highlight where training is required.
Ability to follow instructions from Senior Engineers

Candidate Requirements Essential: • Minimum Experience Required: You will have a minimum of A Bsc (Hons) in IT education. Desirable experience in a similar position and hold relevant qualifications.
