Who we’re looking for: This is an opportunity to work within the prestigious headquarters of one of the world’s biggest brands. We are looking for a highly self-motivated, outgoing individual to work as a sales assistant and brand ambassador for the Google Merchandise Store in Dublin. If you are a natural communicator, excited by technology and digital trends then this is a chance to join a team delivering world class service whilst supporting a myriad of initiatives and events in-store. Requirements What’s involved:
Supporting the Store Manager
Serving customers and dealing with enquiries
Processing cash, card and online payments
Updating customer records in the company’s database as required
Handling product returns and payment refund requests
Reporting any inventory or service issues to management and the appropriate Account Manager immediately
Promoting products based on the company’s directives
Arranging products on the shelves and on promotional displays
Unpacking and sorting new stock delivery
Managing product inventory at the store
Exceptional customer service, with a flair for bringing our client’s brand alive, in-store
Determination and flexibility to go the extra mile, in helping to achieve and exceed the store’s goals and targets
What you’ll need:
Retail experience is desirable but not essential
A positive, engaging, ‘can do’ attitude
Exposure to the promotional merchandise industry would be an advantage but not essential
The flexibility to work to a 12 hour p/w contract (& additional hours when necessary)
