Who we’re looking for: This is an opportunity to work within the prestigious headquarters of one of the world’s biggest brands. We are looking for a highly self-motivated, outgoing individual to work as a sales assistant and brand ambassador for the Google Merchandise Store in Dublin. If you are a natural communicator, excited by technology and digital trends then this is a chance to join a team delivering world class service whilst supporting a myriad of initiatives and events in-store. Requirements What’s involved:

  • Supporting the Store Manager

  • Serving customers and dealing with enquiries

  • Processing cash, card and online payments

  • Updating customer records in the company’s database as required

  • Handling product returns and payment refund requests

  • Reporting any inventory or service issues to management and the appropriate Account Manager immediately

  • Promoting products based on the company’s directives

  • Arranging products on the shelves and on promotional displays

  • Unpacking and sorting new stock delivery

  • Managing product inventory at the store

  • Exceptional customer service, with a flair for bringing our client’s brand alive, in-store

  • Determination and flexibility to go the extra mile, in helping to achieve and exceed the store’s goals and targets

What you’ll need:

  • Retail experience is desirable but not essential

  • A positive, engaging, ‘can do’ attitude

  • Exposure to the promotional merchandise industry would be an advantage but not essential

  • The flexibility to work to a 12 hour p/w contract (& additional hours when necessary)
