Join us as a Retail Sales Associate
Confident and personable, with a real passion for customer service, you'll happily go to phenomenal lengths to deliver the best retail experience possible, while working hard to drive sales and exceed targets. You'll need to be brilliant at building relationships with customers, identifying their needs and expertly matching them to our products and services. You'll be hungry to hit sales targets and to play a supportive and encouraging part in the team around you. Positive and motivated, you'll always be looking for ways we can improve and for ways to improve yourself. Previous retail sales experience is necessary and, of course, a love of the products we sell essential.

Make our customers feel phenomenal
Taking ownership of customer issues, using your problem solving skills to take care of them in a patient and professional manner until resolve
Embody a better connected life in person and engage with customers to tell a story about our product range, not just a tech spec
Driving Sales
Engage with our customers to match them to the appropriate products and services in an approachable, personable manner when closing sales, while also promoting our smaller products and services through cross-selling and upselling
Work as part of team
Work alongside colleagues in your team to support, motivate and encourage each other to succeed and achieve targets
Work closely with your colleagues, celebrating success within your team
Liaise with the wider business such as; customer care, the business team, and the credit approval team to provide prompt solutions to our customers
Go beyond the expected
Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure you can demonstrate to customers why they should choose Three
Continuously looking for improvements in processes or services
Appreciate each other
Ensure store standards are met by replenishing stock, reorganising displays in line with planograms, and maintaining the cleanliness and positive reputation of the store
Have an appreciation and understanding for Data Protection policies and ensure all administration is carefully completed and filed in the correct manner
Demonstrate responsibility for RLP (retail loss prevention) policies and processes to show support for your store manager during store audits
Support your store manager with all RLP policies and processes to demonstrate support for store audits
Skills and experience
Previous experience in a retail, sales or customer-service based role.
Flexibility around working hours including evenings and weekends
Keen interest in technology and lifestyle product range
Ability to engage with colleagues and customers with excellent communication skills
You are a team player. You will work with colleagues to support, motivate and encourage each other to succeed and achieve goals.
Self-motivated, patient and personable individual
Strong attention to detail
Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
Proactive with a "Can Do" attitude.
