Full Job Description
This is a front of house role that requires a professional enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills who is reliable, hardworking, and flexible. Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
Provide front of house and reception services
Handling the clients reception duties with care, commitment and always in a courteous manner
Managing and responding to the client’s customer’s requirements and requests to ensure a high level of customer support
Anticipate, welcome and announce visitor arrivals
Management of visitor access cards in accordance with client policies.
Operating a switchboard
Telephone enquiries (internal & external)
Distributing calls throughout the building, taking messages if necessary and e-mail relevant individuals without delay
Handle couriers and post deliveries and collections
Liaise with post room ensuring a co-ordinated approach to incoming and outgoing post management.
Meeting room booking
Keep reception area neat and tidy
Check e-mails each morning and react accordingly
Maintaining accurate and efficient management information systems
Book taxis in line with the client’s policy and procedures
Book couriers in line with the client’s policy
Ensure all activities are carried out are in accordance with H and S policies
Candidates must possess:
Minimum of 2 years similar experience
Previous reception experience
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Professional oral and written communication skills
