An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Receptionist to join the Exchange House Ireland team.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the successful candidate will be flexible, co-operative and a committed team player. The role is located at our offices on Great Strand Street, Dublin 1. Responsibilities Meet and greet our service users and provide exceptional service. Treat all service users and other with respect and discretion at all times. Assist our team with service user appointments. Provide information to callers about Exchange House Ireland. Manage the calendars for the meeting rooms and our office facilities. Answer incoming calls, take messages and manage the information inbox. Manage and reorder all office supplies. Assist the team with Filing, Photocopying, and other administrative tasks. Manage incoming and outgoing postage and correspondence at EHI. Coordinate the car parking facilities ensuring staff can enter and exit safely. Manage the kitchen in the Youth Hall. Order and manage the Cleaning Materials required for our Facilities. Liaise with the Cleaning Team. To ensure that the reception area and meeting rooms are properly maintained. To undertake other duties as requested from time to time. Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Good telephone manner. Excellent organisational, time management and computer skills. Willingness to take on a range of duties. Common sense, discrete, professional, punctual, hard-working, innovative. Open to learning new skills and taking on new projects. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel. Based in Exchange House Ireland’s offices on Great Strand Street, Dublin 1, D01 WC97 Hours of work 35 hours net per week normally.
