Professional Service Administrator, Miele Ireland Ltd

An part-time opportunity is available within our Service Department as a professional services administrator. This will be an initial three month contract. POSITION : Professional Service Administrator Department Contact Centre Reports to Head of Contact Centre Description Responsibility within the Contact Centre to support Service Related Interactions from Professional End Users, Customers, Technicians and Service Partners Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support Service Co-Ordinator and Service Contract Co-Ordinator in all service-related interactions

  • Recording Service requests

  • Scheduling Preventative Maintenance Visits

  • Support in monitoring all incoming Professional service-related emails

  • Managing SLA’s

  • Ad hoc Admin

  • Provide holiday cover for Service Co-Ordinator and Service Contract Co-Ordinator

  • Collaborate with the Head of Contact Centre in driving quality and consistency

across the Service Department. KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES/KPIs

  • Effectiveness will be measured and assessed as outlined by the Contact Centre Manager (weekly, monthly, etc.) and monitoring performance against defined KPIs.


  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

  • Ability to solve problems with a positive outlook.

  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.

  • Ability to work to strict deadlines

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
