Charter Medical is a private healthcare provider based in Dublin 7 incorporating a number of services. We are delighted to announce that we are looking to recruit an experienced administrator to work on a part-time basis within our multi-functional clinic.

Your duties will include but not be limited to the following:
Arriving patients on patient system for all clinical staff
Managing efficient patient flow through our patient centre
Managing bookings and diary for patients present during clinic in line with patient needs and Doctors requests
Registering received referrals, creating new electronic charts where necessary
Organising documents for scanning,
Scanning, distributing and appropriate filing of all received post
Managing of all patient queries including calls and face-to-face queries
Maintaining a comprehensive medical and financial information system
Providing a professional service to patients in a confidential and sensitive manner
Qualifications and Skills
Requirements
1 – 2 years administration experience
Excellent communication & organizational skills
Must have the ability to work under pressure
Excellent IT skills
Must be able to multi-task and be flexible
The ability to use their own initiative
Job Type: Part-time Part-time hours: 22.5 per week
Salary: Up to €15.50 per hour
