Orchard Fostering: Administrator

Orchard Fostering is an Irish company established in 2008 that provides fostering and supported lodging services to children and young people who are referred to its service by TUSLA. Orchard Fostering is committed to service excellence and ensuring the best outcomes for children and young people in its care. We currently have an opportunity for an Administrator to join our team and to support our service. The post holder will report directly to the Office Manager and will work closely with the Referral, Support, Social Care, and Therapeutic teams as well as other managers and teams within our organisation. The role is Home/Office (Hybrid) with our offices based at Park West Business Park, Dublin 12, with The role is permanent, full time (35 hours per week) and salary starting at €34K depending on experience. Key Criteria

  • Must have Leaving Certificate or equivalent result

  • Must have 2 years administrative experience.

  • Must be proficient in various software applications including Advanced Excel, Word & Outlook

  • Must have experience of managing excel databases and generating reports.

  • Must have proficiency in use of PowerPoint presentations

  • Must have excellent communication skills.

  • Must be able to multi-task and have time-management skills.

  • Must have a basic knowledge of GDPR and the handling of confidential/sensitive information.

  • Available to commence in a reasonable period.
