
Duties will include but are not limited to:
First point of contact and front of house for staff/clients/visitors
Managing persons onto the facilities & verify access credentials and register them on site
Undertake some security screening and monitoring activities
Appointments confirmed against a pre-defined list prior to being given access on site
Coordination of a preauthorized visitor list
Prior to entering the building issue all visitors with a visitor badge
Handle all forms of customer contact e.g., telephone/email/post /client/internal staff face to face and respond within a timely manner, escalating where appropriate
Coordinate with Human Resources on staff needs including staff & client ID cards and general site secure access
Administration of post and deliveries as well as office/building procurement & monitoring
Coordination of company events and meetings
General office and administrative duties
Other ad hoc duties could be assigned time to time
