Office Adminstrator. Wrights of Marino


Location: Wrights of Marino Manufacturing 1 Claremont Industrial Estate West Pier Howth Co. Dublin Hours: 38.5 hours 6.30am - 3pm - Mon, Tues, Thurs, Friday 6.30am - 1pm Sat Off - Wednesday & Sunday Job Specification;

  • Processing customer orders, from phone/email/text and answering machine service.

  • Entering customer orders on to bespoke Sales Ordering system and printing invoices from Sage 200 accounts package

  • Coordinating invoices into designated delivery runs to be ready when requested by drivers.

  • Calling customers for orders & communicating special deals available

  • Dealing with customer queries or complaints

  • General office duties

Requirements;

  • Previous office experience in a similar role

  • Knowledge of Sage 200 beneficial but not essential

  • Good communications skills

  • Reliable & punctual

  • Able to work well under pressure

  • Fluent in English

  • Own transport will be required
