Office Administrator Who will you be working for? You will be working for a rapidly growing, international expanding start-up based in the heart of Dublin City Centre. VisionR empowers bricks-and-mortar retailers to drive revenues through actionable shopper data. We add a proprietary sensor, The Scout, to a retail store. The Scout then breaks down shoppers into actionable shopper data and delivers this back to the retailer through an interactive online portal. Whether it's completing the offline to online connection, store performance, marketing attribution, or product/promotion analysis… VisionR technology means any physical retailer can compete with the rich insights being delivered through eCommerce. VisionR has recently completed two investment rounds, the latest of which is aimed at growing the company across Europe, with eyes on the US expansion shortly. This role will be a mixture of on-premises and remote. What will you be working on?
Sending quotations, invoices, and scheduling payments
Liaising with clients as to timing and status of works
Liaising with subcontractors as to timing and status of works
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Develop and maintain relationships with Client’s to support the activities and maintain positive relations.
Collecting and filing all mandatory paperwork in order to complete the projects
Create and update records and databases
Interacting and reporting directly to management
Assisting Project Managers with delivery when necessary
Tracking stock of office supplies and place orders when required
Requirements:
Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Strong computer skills
Great attention to detail
Self starter with the ability to work on own initiative.
Excellent organisation and time management skills with competence to manage multiple priorities at once.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Experience with invoicing and accounts preferred
