Berkeley & Associates currently has an opportunity for an Office Administrator Support person. This is a permanent role with excellent prospects based in Ballyfermot Dublin 10.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious person keen to progress within a thoroughly professional and highly regarded and long-established team. Full training in our systems will be given.
Remuneration package commensurate with experience.
Dealing in a professional manner with clients, purchasers and tenants.
Responding promptly to email and phone enquiries.
Showing and inspecting properties as required
Assisting in the management of CRM, where full training will be given.
Proactively supporting and contributing to the achievement of Company goals and objectives.
Accurate record-keeping and filing.
Additional Administrative duties as required
Experience in property admin would be preferred.
Accurate computer/typing skills
Fluent oral and written English
Proficient at Audio Typing
Strong work ethic.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work on own initiative and within our professional team
Own a car and a full driving licence
