Office Administrator Support, Berkeley & Associates


We are Hiring! Leading West Dublin Estate Agents (Estd 1990) Berkeley & Associates currently has an opportunity for an Office Administrator Support person. This is a permanent role with excellent prospects based in Ballyfermot Dublin 10. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious person keen to progress within a thoroughly professional and highly regarded and long-established team. Full training in our systems will be given. Remuneration package commensurate with experience. Responsibilities

  • Dealing in a professional manner with clients, purchasers and tenants.

  • Responding promptly to email and phone enquiries.

  • Arranging appointments.

  • Showing and inspecting properties as required

  • Assisting in the management of CRM, where full training will be given.

  • Proactively supporting and contributing to the achievement of Company goals and objectives.

  • Accurate record-keeping and filing.

  • Additional Administrative duties as required

Requirements

  • Experience in property admin would be preferred.

  • Accurate computer/typing skills

  • Fluent oral and written English

  • Proficient at Audio Typing

  • Strong work ethic.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work on own initiative and within our professional team

  • Own a car and a full driving licence
