Full Job Description
We are recruiting an Office Administrator to provide the Liffey Valley Dublin office's on-site management team with prompt, effective, and professional reception, and administrative support. We are looking for an Administrator who can coordinate on-site contractors, assist their work, and communicate with department leaders to ensure that all office-related issues are resolved quickly. To be the point of contact for all Liffey Valley inquiries.
Assist the Divisional Director and Operations Teams with administrative tasks.
Support the clerical needs of the office while ensuring excellent organisation
Facilitate contractors on site and issue permits to work when necessary
Provide structure for meeting room layouts & bookings
Schedule meetings and activities in accordance with the demands of the company.
The Ideal Candidate
Excellent PC skills in Microsoft applications (including Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Proven experience within a similar role (not less than 1 year).
Good standard of general education and qualifications to diploma level
Understanding of confidentiality
Excellent communication skills verbal and written
Able to proactively plan activity/ meetings/ events and mitigate potential barriers to success
Capable of working under own Initiative
