Job description Office Administrator 3 Days per Week: 09:00 am to 5.15pm with 1 hour for lunch (Wed-Fri) 2 x 15mins breaks during the day 2 Days per Week: 8.30 am to 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch (Mon-Tues) 2 x 15mins breaks during the day Duties : Reception (cover) Meet and greet clients Answer and directing all incoming calls and queries Management of the reception area Organising tea/coffee for clients Boardroom calendar management Arranging couriers/taxis Office Administrator Copy typing – letters, memos General Office duties, e.g. filing, photocopying Support and relief for issuing fee notes, VAT invoices and credit notes SAGE Coretime management i.e. project code and new client set-up Covering receptionist’s lunches and annual leave Covering Administration Assistant’s duties during annual leave Ad hoc duties Key Requirements: Excellent administrative skills including proficiency with MS Office applications Ideally have 3-4 years of relevant experience in a similar role Possess the ability to work on a broad range of tasks and meet deadlines The candidate should be well spoken, have excellent organisation skills, strong presentation, and communication abilities. Ability to work on own initiative and learn quickly Professional, polite, friendly phone and in-person manner Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English Team player suited to working within a small, close-knit team Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to €30,000.00 per year Benefits:
