A position has now become available for an Office Administrator in our Dublin office. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for providing office support to ensure smooth running of the day-to-day operations. Requirements
At least two years’ experience in a similar role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong computer literacy with excellent knowledge of MS Office
Superior organizational and time management skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
Must be adaptable to meet the needs of a dynamic, growth focused company
A 3rd level qualification in Business / Marketing and or Science is desired.
Responsibilities
Clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos, resumes, and presentations.
Coordinating and facilitating appointments, meetings, and the conference room schedule in order to prevent duplicate bookings
Support and communication with any bespoke internal projects
Managing the travel arrangements and agendas of management-level staff
Support to the sales team in the form of quote generation, maintaining pricing files and sales reporting
Support with tender preparation and submission
Supporting with all other ah-hoc administrative and sales support that may arise
