  • Ensure all documentation is accurate.

  • Data entry

  • Deal with all telephone & email queries

  • Prepare and run reports as required

  • Carry out daily debrief

  • General office duties

The Position The role is shift work - 40 hrs per week based over 5 / 7 daysThe ideal candidate will have: Excellent computer skills – particularly Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word * Excellent organisational skills giving strong attention to detail

  • The ability to work under pressure and meet challenging deadlines

  • Flexibility – will be required to work weekly shift rota - 5:30am to 14:00 & 14:15 to 23:00

  • Excellent English, both spoken and written.
