Full Job Description

To join and augment our expanding team, we are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to support our service delivery and win new instructions. Responsibilities:

  • Attend to telephone and email enquiries.

  • Explain and field queries about our service offering and take client instructions for new business.

  • Processing invoicing/payments and issuing Reports.

  • Update our CRM and logistics systems on an ongoing basis.

  • Plan and book survey appointments.

  • Provide all necessary support to on-site Surveyors.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or similar Office Administration qualification.

  • Relevant Client facing experience and an ability to discuss our service offering and retain new business is essential – extensive training on our service offering will be provided.

  • Ability and willingness to follow instruction carefully, implement instructions and learn quickly on the job.

  • Strong IT skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively to achieve the daily goals set.

  • Excellent teamworking and attention to detail.

  • Ability to take initiative and work unsupervised.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: €30,000.00 per year Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • St. Stephen's Green, Dublin, CO. Dublin D02T889: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • Advanced/Higher Certificate (preferred)

Experience:

  • Office Administration: 2 years (required)

Language:

  • English (required)
