
Due to continued growth Ireland’s leading early years software, are looking for an organised and self-motivated full-time Office Administrator responsible for providing administrative support to our team. The Office Administrator’s role will include working closely with a team handling clerical duties, coordinating calendars, and organising meetings. The successful candidate should be detail-oriented, professional, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Office Administrator Responsibilities: Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence and presentations.
Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and monitoring accounts receivable.
Maintaining general office files and other files related to the company’s operations.
Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
Performing other relevant duties when needed.
Management of email accounts.
Updating CRM system.
Providing administration support to the training team.
Attending and drafting minutes for the Management team and Board meetings.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, prioritise and meet deadlines.
Office Administrator Requirements: Two or more years’ office administration experience.
Proficient in various computer software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Comfortable handling confidential information.
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
