Office Administrator- Child Paths Educational Software

Due to continued growth Ireland’s leading early years software, are looking for an organised and self-motivated full-time Office Administrator responsible for providing administrative support to our team. The Office Administrator’s role will include working closely with a team handling clerical duties, coordinating calendars, and organising meetings. The successful candidate should be detail-oriented, professional, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Office Administrator Responsibilities: Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence and presentations.

  • Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and monitoring accounts receivable.

  • Maintaining general office files and other files related to the company’s operations.

  • Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture.

  • Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities and equipment.

  • Performing other relevant duties when needed.

  • Management of email accounts.

  • Updating CRM system.

  • Providing administration support to the training team.

  • Attending and drafting minutes for the Management team and Board meetings.

  • Team player with a positive attitude.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, prioritise and meet deadlines.

Office Administrator Requirements: Two or more years’ office administration experience.

  • Proficient in various computer software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

  • Comfortable handling confidential information.

  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
