Kitchen Administrator required at Clontarf Castle We are recruiting for an Administrator to assist our Kitchen team and our General Manager. This will be an office based role working Monday to Friday each week. Reporting to the General Manager, Deputy General Manager & Executive Chef you will be assisting in administrative duties such as;

  • To ensure training is carried out in line with the company training policy to meet the needs and requirements of the team member and Clontarf Castle

  • Attention to detail at all times

  • Answering phone calls in a mannerly fashion

  • Email Correspondence as required

  • Ensure department health & safety are complied with along with the management team

  • To complete a monthly stock take

  • To monitor and order all necessary goods and equipment

  • Filing and general administrative duties

  • To attend all department meetings as required

  • To show commitment to company values in all aspects of your role

  • To act as a positive ambassador for the business
