Office Administrator - Adoor Premium Serviced Apartments

ADOOR is an award winning, leading Serviced Apartment operator and Corporate Housing provider located in Dublin City centre.

Salary: €30,000 per annum

Job Type: Permanent | Full Time

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist the reservations and operations team with queries, correspondence, and administration duties.

  • Manage online advertising campaigns / Google / social media /

  • Monitor inboxes and answer relevant queries

  • Coordinate activities throughout the company and various internal teams to ensure efficiency and adherence with company policy.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, phone calls, and other forms of essential daily correspondence

  • Manage and update relevant databases, leases, contracts, files, PSRA & licensing requirements.

  • Oversight, organisation and logging of expenses and receipts

  • Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures.

  • Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so.

  • Submit weekly reports to management.

  • Monitor and organise utility bills and usage.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential.

  • Strong proactive abilities and organisation qualities

  • Must have a professional and friendly approach

  • Must be team player with the ability to multitask.

  • Must have excellent attention to detail as well as good communication skills

  • Excellent level of spoken and written English is required.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Positive attitude towards customer service

  • Good time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
