ADOOR is an award winning, leading Serviced Apartment operator and Corporate Housing provider located in Dublin City centre.

Salary: €30,000 per annum
Job Type: Permanent | Full Time
Responsibilities and Duties •
Assist the reservations and operations team with queries, correspondence, and administration duties.
Manage online advertising campaigns / Google / social media /
Monitor inboxes and answer relevant queries
Coordinate activities throughout the company and various internal teams to ensure efficiency and adherence with company policy.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, phone calls, and other forms of essential daily correspondence
Manage and update relevant databases, leases, contracts, files, PSRA & licensing requirements.
Oversight, organisation and logging of expenses and receipts
Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures.
Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so.
Submit weekly reports to management.
Monitor and organise utility bills and usage.
Qualifications and Skills
Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential.
Strong proactive abilities and organisation qualities
Must have a professional and friendly approach
Must be team player with the ability to multitask.
Must have excellent attention to detail as well as good communication skills
Excellent level of spoken and written English is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Positive attitude towards customer service
Good time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
