Office Admin Support, Allglass

Due to business growth are team is expanding and we are looking for someone to join our Team. The successful candidate would be part of our scheduling team, based in our office at the Airport Business Park, Cloghran, North County Dublin. Requirements The candidate would need to be fluent in the English Language. The Candidate would require basic computer skills, that are adaptable to our bespoke computer/ scheduling system. Must be able to work on own initiative, as well as part of a team. A good knowledge of the Dublin City geographical area, and surrounding Counties would be an advantage. An interest in the Motor Trade would be an advantage. But not essential Duties Contacting our customers via telephone, clarifying basic details provided by our contact centre, and arranging an appointment for our technicians to call out to repair the customers vehicle. Updating any notes that are relevant to job/customer/technician Using our scheduling system, plan routes for our technicians, maximising their workload for the day Checking all items are available for the jobs/technicians for the following days work. Ordering stock items, and consumables, for the following day. Liaising with technicians, and customers, for any non-conforming issues that occur during the day. I.E Customers not available, wrong items, broken items, etc.. and resolving the issues as soon as possible. Returning unused, or incorrect items from the job to the warehouse.
