Office 365 Administrator, Bank of Ireland Group


What is the opportunity? As the Office 365 Administrator you will lead our vendor who delivers the Teams Service and act as ambassador for adoption of Office 365 suite of applications. You'll get the chance to work in an innovative environment and be part of a technical team who continuously look for ways to simplify and improve customer and colleague journeys. In this Role, you will:

  • Work as part of the Enterprise Services team within IT@BOI supporting the IT infrastructure. Primarily responsible for the governance of Unified Communications services, Office 365 Administration and Azure AD administration, Supporting up to 18,000 users.

  • Coordinate the Bank and vendor technical teams to successfully deliver the Office 365 services in the live environment.

  • You have the chance to acquire new knowledge, skills and apply your experience to positively impact the continuous improvement of the service provided by the team.

  • Solid knowledge of / qualifications relating to Wintel

  • Managing IT infrastructure: SCCM, WSUS, AD, SCOM, MDT, AAD Connect, MBAM, ADFS, PAC files, InTune, Orchestrator

  • Scripting and automation: Powershell, Azure logic apps, Application packaging, virtualisation and deployment

  • Desktop hardware and software technical assessment documentation of desktop configuration, processes, operating models and procedures

  • Azure AD: Conditional Access, RBAC, PIM, Key Vault/Secrets, Information Protection, Users & Groups,

Essential Qualifications

  • Certifications in relevant Technologies - for Example AZ900, AZ104, AZ500, MS220, AD 70-742 etc
