We are recruiting for a National Service Centre Representative in our Head Office. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established team working as a key resource for an essential service, distributing cash through society in a secure and safe manner. Main Purpose of Job: The main purpose of the position is dealing with customer queries and customer orders. Liaising with relevant departments to solve customer issues. Key Skills and attributes:
Minimum of 2 year’s experience in Customer Services Role
Excellent communication with customer service skills
High attention to detail
High level of security awareness
Ability to work in a pressurized environment and own initiative
Excellent computer skills with administration experience
Fluent English
