The purpose of the role is to provide a confidential and professionally orientated support role to the National Retail Development Manager. To provide a high level of ongoing co-ordination in respect of the wider National Retail team and all SVP retailing activities. The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Job Holder should ideally be educated to degree level in a relevant field with a strong retail background e.g., Business / Administration / Marketing. A third level qualification in Retail Studies would be an advantage.
Working in a matrix organization
Experience of management in the community / voluntary sector
Extensive volunteer and staff management experience
Proven track record in retail management
Proven track records in reaching targets
The Job holder will receive ongoing support and encouragement but must also be able to work on their own initiative.
Demonstrable strong project management and administrative skills.
High level of IT skills is required, comfortable using presentation software including power point and Prezi.
Persuasive communication skills - ability to present ideas clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences.
An ability to quickly establish and maintain rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders and to manage on-going working relationships and work plans.

The job holder should also have a proven track record in providing high level admin support to a large team and collating shop sales reports would be an advantage.
