
MQI wishes to appoint a Donor Care Administrator as follows: Purpose of Job: To deliver outstanding donor care to the MQI supporters and efficient and conscientious administrative support to for the fundraising department to help grow our fundraising income. The ideal candidate will have:
One year’s experience in a public-facing and/or administrative role.
Excellent ‘customer service’ skills on telephone, in writing and in person
Experience in database management.
Excellent planning and organisational skills with a proven ability to multi-task and prioritise time and resources.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent numeracy
Excellent and engaging written and oral communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships with supporters.
Proficiency in all MS Office Skills, especially Excel and Word.
Proven ability to work independently within a team environment.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Certificate in Fundraising is desirable.
Education to Degree level or equivalent is desirable.
Collaborative, enthusiastic and positive attitude; flexible and adaptable
Salary: €26,300.00- €32,300.00 per annum, depending on experience Contract: Permanent and Full-Time Hours: 39 hours per week, Office Based Location: Fundraising & Communications Dept, Head office, Merchants Quay.
