Key Responsibilities

The primary objective of this role is to employ direct, database and digital marketing media to assist in the creation footfall and business with which to reach set targets for each area/dept. of Linders Group business. Namely across the following areas:


CRM

  • To manage, operate and cleanse Linders CRM activities & ensure the generation, proper maintenance and utilisation of Linders database towards that end.

  • Implement a full program of activity in each department and processes for same:

  • Sales & Finance CRM cycle

  • Service CRM cycle

  • Parts CRM cycle

  • Ensure full data capture at each entry point for the business:

  • 80% minimum email capture sales and service

  • Focus on retention of Toyota service business and growth of Renault database.

  • Ensure outgoing sales and service phone calls are planned, carried out and reported upon – include once a month creating sales evening event per each sales department.

  • Develop and manage Loyalty scheme.

  • Ensure effective communication with customer-base.

  • Liaise with manufacturer and any third party.

  • Manage the cleansing of existing database.

  • Measure level of activity carried out weekly/monthly and measure return on same.

  • Report weekly and monthly to DP and Department managers.

Digital Marketing

  • Help to bring us up-to-date in terms of our digital reach.

  • Assist to Develop, implement and manage a digital marketing plan for the business.

  • Liaise with Digital sub-contractor Evolution Digital (manage our digital and social media output)

  • Generate interaction, footfall and web traffic.

  • Maintain linders.ie and lindersrenault.ie:

  • Tactical timely updates (hire drive sale, offers etc.).

  • Landing pages for campaigns.

  • SEO optimised.

  • Google adwords.

  • Blog.

  • Social Media Plan:

  • Facebook

  • Pinterest

  • Instagram

  • LinkedIN

  • Twitter

  • Youtube.com

  • Any others

  • Manage email marketing campaigns:

  • Landing pages for campaigns.

  • Manage banner ads and online ads.

  • Ensure all used cars advertised on Carzone, etc. are best presented to generate enquiries:

  • Videos online for each car.

  • Manage Linders TV on YouTube.com

  • Videos for each new and used car.

  • Service videos.

  • Promotional offers, etc.

  • General areas that required assistance such as brochures, keyrings, etc.

Key Requirements

  • Qualification in digital marketing or related field

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Ability to work as part of a team.

  • Good problem solving skills.

  • Active on social media

  • Customer focused.

  • Ability to work on own initiative and desire to take responsibility for individual pieces of work or solo projects.
