Junior Administrator - Dublin 15

Glanmore Foods supply Award Winning healthy food to over 300 school’s or 38,000 daily! All produced and manufactured in our state of the art, custom built, food manufacturing plant.

We are looking for a hands on, full time (40 hours), permanent Junior Administrator to join our team in the Dublin 15 area! This is a Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm role.

Reporting into the Office Manager, you will be answering telephones and completing general administration in an efficient and professional manner – this is a great opportunity for someone looking to begin their career with the possibility of growth and development guaranteed.

This role will also be hands on with being the main point of contact for general office administration such as printing, photo copying etc, as well as answering phones and accepting deliveries.

As a Junior Administrator, will work as a key member of our team which will enables our operational colleagues to innovate, win & retain great business. You will be responsible for ensuring all internal and external systems are maintained and up to date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be polite, professional, and friendly at all times with customers, clients and colleagues

  • Ensure the highest level of customer care is always adhered to

  • Demonstrate a can-do attitude towards individual customer requests and strive to exceed customer expectations

  • Ensure telephones and administrative duties are completed in a timely and professional manner

  • Maintain confidential records and information.

  • Prepare (photocopy & print) production sheets.

  • Process customer orders.

  • Answering the telephone and deal with queries in polite and professional manner

  • Manage email inboxes

  • Supports management with any administration duties

  • General filing and maintain a comprehensive filing system

  • Produce reports and presentations on request

  • Undertake ad-hoc projects or work in other areas as required
