www.jcfj.ie The Jesuit Centre for Faith and Justice (JCFJ) recruiting for the position of Personal Assistant to the Director, who will take on administration duties for the Centre. The ideal candidate will be someone with a keen eye for detail who is skilled in the use of software for administration, communications, and financial processing, including (but not limited to) Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, MailChimp and Xero. Duties and Responsibilities
Support the Director in the timely and efficient administrative and financial; functioning of the Centre (payroll, pensions, financial returns, etc.);
Serve as a point-of-contact for external inquiries to the Centre;
Maintain and develop the Centre’s CRM systems;
Other duties as required.
Education and Experience
Leaving Certificate (or equivalent);
2+ years of experience in a similar role.
Skills and Requirements Essential:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
Keen eye for detail;
The ability to work well within a team;
High capacity for organisation and ability to multi-task;
Proficient in the use of MS Office, Salesforce, MailChimp and Xero.
Experienced in use of Adobe Creative Suite;
Experience of using social media channels for promotion.
