Dublin to a catchment area of some 185,000 people approximately. Lucena Clinic provides a comprehensive child and adolescent mental health service to our defined catchment areas, with a population of 645,000 residing in south Dublin city and county, and the county of Wicklow. ICT ADMINISTRATOR/ICT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN (GRADE V) (Fixed-Term, Full-Time; 9 month contract) St John of God Community Mental Health Services is inviting applications for the above position. Candidates must have: · Higher Certificate in ICT (NFQ Level 6) equivalent or higher. · 2 years’ experience in a similar role. · Experience in installation of and supporting desktop software; · Excellent working knowledge of supporting computer peripherals; · Experience in set up and troubleshooting of Local Area Networks: · Strong analytical skills and able to make sense of complex and logical problems quickly; · Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications; · Understanding of aims and organisation; · Excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills; · The ability and willingness to work collaboratively with users to ensure business objectives are met in building constructive business relationships; · Ability to plan and prioritise work while responding flexibly to rapidly changing priorities; · Resilience and stamina to sustain performance when faced with a high volume of work and conflicting priorities; · Willing to learn new tools and business processes; · Full clean driving licence and own car (essential).
