
Grow are currently seeking to recruit An IT Officer 21 Hours per Week National Support Office – Swords and working flexibly Closing date for Applications is Sunday 10 July 2022 Interviews to be held in July 2022 Grow Mental Health is Ireland’s largest community-based mental health organisation and has been helping people on the road to mental health recovery for almost 50 years. We hold peer-support groups across Ireland each week. GROW groups follow a practical programme and provide mutual help and support to anyone experiencing mental health difficulties or struggling with their mental wellbeing. Meetings are free and confidential. Besides weekly support meetings, Grow also holds free community education, workplace, carer, and young adult programmes. Purpose of the Role Reporting to the CEO, the IT Officer will be an inspiring operational leader, creating, modelling and setting the Grow Mental Health culture, values and behaviours. They will lead and motivate to advance IT capability within Grow. To ensure Grow utilise technology to maximise efficiency, allowing employee hours to be focused on supporting peer recovery groups. Grow would like to ensure that they have the best IT tools, that they maximise benefit from same and that information security, risk management and compliance are appropriately considered in the configuration of their systems and in their usage of said systems.
