Unijobs on behalf of our healthcare public sector client in Dublin are currently recruiting for a temporary Clerical Officer position within The Breast Check Unit Merrion Unit, Dublin 4. This position is to be filled ASAP with any interested candidates to be available to commence work immediately. The hourly rate of pay is €13.00 and the role will run initially for four months working Monday to Friday 09.00 - 17.00. Purpose of the Post To provide comprehensive administrative, clerical and secretarial support. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with the public

  • Preparation, checking & processing of data

  • Processing information

  • Clerical assistance

  • Maintaining / updating records as required

  • Word processing / typing including audio typing

  • Correspondence management

  • Minute taking

  • Reception duties

  • Preparation of reports often to tight deadlines

  • Supporting research projects

  • Any other administrative support as requested

  • Any other duties that may be assigned
