The Role

  • Contractor Care- First point of contact for all contractors on all issues, providing ongoing support to contractors throughout the duration of their employment.

  • Managing timesheets portal and ensuring timesheets are signed off by clients promptly.

  • Monitoring PAYE invoices and payments relating to contractors.

  • Responsible for the on-boarding and off-boarding of employees. Creating and distributing employee documentation ensuring administration exceeds all internal and external compliance demands throughout the employee life cycle.

  • Payroll administration - Collect and accurately input all relevant data required for weekly & monthly payroll, including; new starters, leavers, contractual changes, overtime, bonuses, benefit deductions, maternity/paternity allowances, sick leave.

The Individual

  • Exceptional organisational skills.

  • Strong financial acumen.

  • Experience in a similar role - Accounts Assistant/ Accounts payable/ Payroll Administration would be an advantage.

  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to and use softwares relating to applicant tracking and timesheet management - experience using Bullhorn and Timesheet Portal would be beneficial but not required.

  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to confidently engage and connect with people.

  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.

This is a part-time position based in Dublin City Centre. The ideal candidate will be available Monday - Friday mornings. Skills: Organisation Financial Administration Communication Accounts Assistant
