Job Reference: RA012022 Futurescape is looking to recruit a full-time Administrator for our busy office in Dublin City Centre. They will assist with recruitment, governance, and administrative tasks. The successful candidate will be highly motivated who thrives in a fast-paced working environment. The individual would be a self-starter who is highly efficient and organised. Responsibilities

  • Liaising with external recruitment agencies, as required

  • Supporting our managers with recruitment needs they require for each service

  • Ensuring all recruitment processes are adhered to, including fairness and transparency through shortlisting Coordinating and scheduling of interviews

  • Administration of all recruitment correspondence including offer and regretting candidates Coordinating and communicating start dates

  • Completion of candidate reference checks and Garda Vetting

  • Maintain employee records (attendance data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements Support the company with all other duties with ad-hoc tasks and projects

Requirements

  • Knowledge of recruitment process within a Social Care (ie Tusla Registration) setting an advantage At least 1 year proven experience as recruitment officer, administrator or other HR position

  • Experience managing full recruitment cycle

  • Outstanding organisational and time-management abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to be adaptable Strong ethics and reliability

  • Discretion and confidentiality
