Experience Required:
· 1-2 years’ experience preferably in fashion or sports retail
· An understanding of fashion trends and fast paced environment

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure you deliver Epic customer service at every shift.
Check your notice boards & deployment planner at the start of your shift, ensure you receive your team brief & know your best seller’s. Drive KPI’s & meet daily individual targets.
Be fearless by offering add on sales and upsell.
Actively communicate all Company and in-store sale promotions to customers to increase sales.
Implement VM guidelines to assist store management team.
Replenish your floor, check your densities, always make sure your store looks premium
Attend, engage & activity participate in Brand training events when scheduled. Log onto your Myagi app.
Advise customers on products and share feedback from your own experience.
Attend to general housekeeping at the beginning, during and end of each shift. Action Covid-19 Guidelines
Provide Epic service at all time and be vigilant and attentive towards the protection of the business assets.
Processing deliveries as per company as per company guidelines
