Fulfilment Assistant

The Role:

We are currently seeking a number of highly organised, proactive and driven fulfilment & production members to join our growing team in our studio! If you have a passion for design and making, have initiative when it comes to packing orders with love and care, and works well alone and as a team then we'd love to have you join us!


What to expect:

  • Making & packing online orders. You will be expected to learn how to print and cut cards, print and press all sublimation products (mugs, coasters, phone cases etc), use of cricut for decals and stickers and apply decals to mugs and mirrors.

  • Take in deliveries and replenish stock levels as well as liaising with shipping providers.

  • Take an order stock take every 1-2 days to make products for existing orders.

  • Take note of packaging levels and make us aware of low levels.

  • Effective communicator and team player.

  • Ability to take direction and execute tasks delegated to you to the highest standard.

  • Required to coach, support and train new members of the team.

  • Flexible to changing business needs specifically around busy periods including Christmas.

  • Potential to work at exciting Howrad Studios events and pop ups.

  • Required to hit a minimum order send every day to prevent late orders.

  • Required to reply to customer service emails and enquiries relating to orders.

  • This job requires you to be on your feet for multiple hours.


Ideal candidates have:

  • Ability to work well under pressure & in a fast paced environment.

  • Pro efficient in Adobe suit (Acrobat & InDesign) not necessary.

  • Has a background in design or crafting, be it a degree or a hobby!

  • Available to work Monday-Friday, with the odd weekend day for potential events.

  • Flexible to business changing needs.

  • A willing to learn new skills.

  • Reliable.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Customer service focus.

Job Types: Part-time, Flexi hours

Salary: €13.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • 8-26 hours a week


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Swords Co. Dublin: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)


Experience:

  • Retail/previous part time work: 1 year (required)

  • Fulfilment (not necessary)

  • Pro efficient in Adobe (not necessary)
