About the Job FoodCloud is a fast-growing social enterprise with big ambitions. In order to drive their growth plans and achieve even greater impact across more communities in the coming years, FoodCloud are seeking a Fundraising Administrator to support the growth of the Development Team. Reporting to the Development Manager, the Fundraising Administrator will assist the Development Team in developing, administering and maintaining relationships with our philanthropic funders and donors to further grow sustainable sources of income to support the organisation’s Strategic Plan 2022-2025. To be successful in this role, the post holder will need to be a highly organised, detail-oriented individual with strong verbal and written communication skills, good database skills and the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team. The ideal candidate will be solutions-oriented and interested in learning about all aspects of FoodCloud’s work, with the ability to suggest improvements to the Developments team's processes and procedures to improve ways of working. Key Duties

  • Fundraising administration for FoodCloud’s Salesforce CRM (accurate record keeping of funding partners, donation updates, project manage reporting improvements)

  • Field and respond to supporter and prospect requests/enquiries in a timely manner. Display excellent customer service standards across email and phone. Enter relevant details into the database.

  • Accurate management of online fundraising pages – JustGiving, Donorbox, idonate and other online platforms as required

  • Help to track reporting deadlines and compose donor impact reports in a timely manner, liaising with internal teams for impact data when necessary.

  • Assist in collecting and inputting information to support with various grant applications and corporate proposals

  • Support the creation and development of our quarterly partner newsletter via mailchimp

  • Draft partnership agreements for the onboarding of new partners and donations

  • Help create and action donor stewardship journeys in a timely manner

  • Assist with the identification and research of prospective donors and funding opportunities to support FoodCloud’s vision of a world where no good food goes to waste

  • Support the Development Team in the development of events and activities which engage corporate supporters

  • Carry out any other ad hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask effectively and excellent organisational skills

  • Effective time management skills with an ability to solve problems

  • IT literacy, particularly with using Microsoft and GSuite applications

  • CRM experience beneficial particularly in Salesforce

  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team

  • Interest in expanding knowledge of fundraising

  • Previous experience with fundraising or administration duties beneficial
