Job title: Maintenance Administrator
Location: Central Hotel Chambers, Dame Court, Dublin 2.
Responsible/Reporting to: This role will be part of the housing and property team and reporting to the Head of Housing & Property Management
Job purpose: Responsible for Maintenance Administrative support to the Housing & Asset Management Team with general administrative duties within the Organisation.
Salary Scale: €33,620 - €41,986 (starting point is dependent on experience)
Job Information: This is a full-time post, 35 hours per week over five days, Monday to Friday.
Hybrid Working available (on request).

Job Purpose Summary
This role is to assist the work of the Housing & Property Team by providing organised and efficient administrative support which consists of general office administration, data management, IT and general administrative support. As well as managing customer care, repairs/maintenance and tenant engagement duties.
You will be working within a supported management structure which will enable you to continue to develop your skillset within this field. You will also be working as part of a dedicated and experienced housing and asset management team who are committed to the highest level of services to their tenants.
Operating as part of a team is most important, with the flexibility to respond to various tasks as required.
If you have experience working in a front facing role with strong administration and organisation skills, a keen eye for detail and an interest in working in the housing sector, then this role is for you.
