EmployAbility Dublin South: Office Administrator

EmployAbility Dublin South provides a job placement service to people with a range of disabilities/health issues living in South Dublin.
We are currently looking for a full time Administrator. (39 hours)
The successful candidate will:
Support the administration needs of the program
Be responsible for answering routine enquiries by phone, post and email
Have excellent telephone and communication skills
Be patient and have empathy for others
Maintain and update accurate information systems
Work closely with the Co-ordinator on day to day running of busy Supported Employment Office
It is essential that the candidate:
Work on own initiative
Must be a team orientated person
Proven financial and general administration skills
Excellent organisational and planning skills
Ability to prioritise and multi task
Desired Criteria:
Experience of working within the community or with marginalised people
Experience of sales or social media marketing an advantage
Salary will be dependent on experience and subject to funding.
