EmployAbility Dublin South: Office Administrator


EmployAbility Dublin South provides a job placement service to people with a range of disabilities/health issues living in South Dublin.

We are currently looking for a full time Administrator. (39 hours)

The successful candidate will:
  • Support the administration needs of the program

  • Be responsible for answering routine enquiries by phone, post and email

  • Have excellent telephone and communication skills

  • Be patient and have empathy for others

  • Maintain and update accurate information systems

  • Work closely with the Co-ordinator on day to day running of busy Supported Employment Office

It is essential that the candidate:
  • Work on own initiative

  • Must be a team orientated person

  • Proven financial and general administration skills

  • Excellent organisational and planning skills

  • Ability to prioritise and multi task

Desired Criteria:
  • Experience of working within the community or with marginalised people

  • Experience of sales or social media marketing an advantage

Salary will be dependent on experience and subject to funding.
