Key Responsibilities:
Be onsite 5 days a week providing administrative support to staff.
Support the administration of ELI with responsibility for:
Purchase Order processing
Stock orders and procurement procedures
Monitoring IT laptops and phone allocations
New staff meet and greet
ABC programme Attendance Sheets
Monitoring
Zoom accounts
Admin task list
Tasks assigned by the ELI National and Dublin's Inner City Administrators Adhere to NCI's, ABC's, NEIC, ELI's and other funders as appropriate financial procedures and ensure that expenditure is coded correctly and labelled
Support planning and organisation of events, seminars and conferences
Prepare a variety o f documents including correspondence, agendas, event programs, reports, schedules and calendars
Take minutes in internal ELI staff meetings
Prepare and maintain secure records, reports and organisational data that are GDPR compliant
Provide information as required to the ELI Director/Assistant Director and NCI's Finance/Facilities Department for reports, financial returns, budgets, office accommodation and health and safety issues.

Skills and Experience required:
Relevant qualification in administration and finance.
Previous administration and financial processing experience, including keeping accurate and up to date records, supporting payment reconciliation and following financial procedures.
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
Good time management skills with the ability to produce results to deadlines.
Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
An energetic, confident, and pro-active individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to deal effectively with a wide variety of College personnel, community stakeholders and other outside individuals/organisations.
Flexible approach to work as evening and weekend work may be required
Ability to operate as a team player in a cross disciplinary, in tegrated team, sharing roles and responsibilities
Excellent IT skills with proficiency in Ms Office suite, in particular Excel.
