
Educational Administrative Assistant /Part -time / Permanent /Hybrid/ Dublin 2 Good administrator to become part of the CILT team. Part-time permanent position. Key Responsibilities:
Administration of Exams, training courses and training centers
Booking Hotels/ course centers /facilities etc
Communicating with clients and course providers
Maintaining student databases
General office administrative duties
Other administrative duties as required
Skills Required:
Strong administration skills
Good working proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Self –driven
Well organised
Ability to be part of a team but also work on own initiative
Be highly organised and professional
Good attention to detail
Punctual with a good attendance capability
Experience required:
Have good working knowledge of Word/Excel/Power Point
Candidates should ideally have a minimum of six months experience in an office environment
The ideal candidate will have very good administrational skills and must be willing to learn. Pay level: depending on experience.
