Educational Administrative Assistant /Part -time / Permanent /Hybrid/ Dublin 2 Good administrator to become part of the CILT team. Part-time permanent position. Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration of Exams, training courses and training centers

  • Booking Hotels/ course centers /facilities etc

  • Communicating with clients and course providers

  • Maintaining student databases

  • General office administrative duties

  • Other administrative duties as required

Skills Required:

  • Strong administration skills

  • Good working proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office packages

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Self –driven

  • Well organised

  • Ability to be part of a team but also work on own initiative

  • Be highly organised and professional

  • Good attention to detail

  • Punctual with a good attendance capability

Experience required:

  • Have good working knowledge of Word/Excel/Power Point

  • Candidates should ideally have a minimum of six months experience in an office environment

The ideal candidate will have very good administrational skills and must be willing to learn. Pay level: depending on experience. This position will be ideally suited to those wanting to come back into the workforce but who wish to retain a good level of work life balance.
