The ideal candidate will have/be:
HACCP training is desirable but not necessary.
Previous Cafe experience would be a great advantage.
Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
Maintain personal hygiene, appearance, and uniform to company regulations at all times.
Barista trained & experience.
Prepare and serve Sandwich’s Teas and Coffees that meet our high quality and standards.
At least one years’ experience in catering trade
Duties include:
Following HACCP and Food Safety regulations
Leading the team in terms of customer service
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, drinks and Sandwich’s that meet quality standards.
Assist customers to improve their knowledge of our food and beverages;
Deal with all customer queries efficiently, professionally and in line with the Café’s policy.
