WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Are you ready to make a move and want to join a growing team who have unrivalled experience in building world-class payments solutions? We are looking for an ambitious Customer Success Representative who will represent WhenThen to advise and guide our customers, support our growth and retain, expand, and delight our customers. We are looking for someone who likes to work with customers and use their interpersonal skills. You will be part of the customers’ journeys and will understand the technical side of their product adoption but also help them along the way with regular interaction.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
Become an expert in Inbound sales and marketing by serving as a highly knowledgeable point of contact for WhenThen’s product and the inbound marketing methodology
Provide a world-class service experience to WhenThen’s customers through timely and succinct communication via phone and email
Coach customers through online presentations and demonstrations
Drive product adoption and implementation to support account retention and renewal
Understand customer's goals and align them with the necessary resources to achieve them
Independently and successfully manage a high volume of task execution, financial management and issues
Help surface good fit leads to sales by driving value in every conversation
Determine and manage Whenthen’s customer escalations with management
Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product and engineering to drive a positive customer experience, while establishing deep and meaningful relationships with our users

Requirements
1-2 years of experience in a client facing or account management role
A smart, business savvy and consultative mindset
Track record of hitting or exceeding your goals and KPIs
Great data analysis and tracking skills
Comfortable working with/presenting to senior internal & external stakeholders
Solid communications skills to maintain relationships and manage expectations
Knowledge of Inbound Marketing or the aptitude to learn it quickly and independently
The ability to build relationships, understand customer needs and how we are delivering value
The right balance of self-confidence and humility to lead as an individual contributor
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks, while staying organised and efficient
