Tile Merchant is looking for a strong team player with a focus on delivering a first class service to our customers. We specialise in providing surfaces to residential customers. The individual that we are looking for has exceptional communication skills and strong work ethic. This role is office based, the office is in our Ballymount, Dublin 24 HQ, the Tile Merchant Team are waiting to welcome you. Responsibilities
Online Customer Service / Telesales - servicing retail, wholesale and trade customers
Responsible for processing online orders and queries from customers
Reconciling online Payments from Paypal and Stripe
Responsible for processing online refunds
Handling online live communication with customers
Skills and Requirements
1+ years experience in a similar role
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Excellent telephone manner
Evidence of excellent customer relationship skills
A high degree of energy, enthusiasm, adaptability & initiative
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent computer literacy
